Starnet provides fast, reliable wireless Internet to northwest Iowa and southwest Minnesota. Our service is backed by friendly, local support and we have a managed WiFi service available to maximize the power of our Internet.
As the Coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to progress, Starnet is trying to do our part – as we know you are as well – to navigate the “new normal” we are all living in right now.
Even though StarNET employees are back to working in the office, we will be keeping our doors locked for now. Our primary concern is that we are still able to provide you with the excellent customer service that you have come to expect from us. You may still communicate with us the same way you have in the past by telephone, email, text, and social media.
In order to keep our customers and employees as healthy and as safe as possible, we are social distancing. We are doing everything possible to avoid entering customers’ homes, not only for our safety, but for yours as well. We will trouble shoot with you as much as possible over the phone, by email and through social media first. If a technician needs to enter your home, expect him to wear protective items and ask that you are not in the same room with him while he is there.
This is all new to us here at Starnet, and we will try to get through this as smoothly as possible. We want to thank all of you for your patience and understanding.
