Installation and Service Charges

If installation requires more than two hours labor, $30 per half hour will be added. Additional charges will be applied for any extra mounting equipment required in order to receive service.

Service Call……$110.00
A service call includes problems not related to Starnet’s service or equipment. Includes first hour labor.

Gateway……… $4.95/Month (Setup fee $79.95)
Gateway is an optional managed WiFi service that acts as a powerful router device which allows monitoring for problmes and troubleshoot connectivity issues with you. Automatic upgrades! Lifetime warranty included – If fails we’ll take care of you!
